Within Australia, return shipping is covered by us.
For all purchases made outside of Australia, we offer discounted pre-paid returns through DHL Express where the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total of your refund. Please see the table here for the return fee for your country.
Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis if Rollie is at fault. For example, in the case of any faulty shoes or if you've received an incorrect item. If this is the case, please contact us via email at [email protected] prior to lodging your return.
Please allow 3 days for your return to be processed once it has been received by our warehouse.
