How do I exchange item(s) in my order?Updated 2 months ago
Currently, we are only able to offer exchanges for orders within Australia. For international orders you will need to submit a return here and make a new purchase for an alternate item.
To exchange your item, simply submit a request via our returns portal.
Select the item you'd like to return and follow the prompts. You'll be given the option to select a new size, but if you'd rather a different colour or size skip this step and click 'return' and then 'continue'. You'll be given the option to shop for a new style with some bonus credit added.
We have two exchange options available:
Send my exchange after I return
Once our team receives and processes your return, we will organise for the exchange item(s) to be sent out to you. You will receive an order confirmation at the time.
With this option, all exchanges are subject to availability. If your chosen style is no longer available, we will contact you to organise an alternative item, store credit or, if eligible, a refund.
Instant Exchange
Use your credit card to immediately create a new order and get your Rollies on your feet ASAP! If you're unsure which size is best and you'd try two sizes side by side to compare, we recommend this option.
When you choose instant exchange, a hold will be placed on your card for the cost of the return item/s, this will appear as a "pending payment" in your account. This will only become a permanent charge on your statement if your return isn't in the post within 28 days of submitting your request. Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, the hold will be removed from your card and the funds will be released.
Please note, you will not receive a refund in this case, rather the pending transaction will be removed from your statement. Please allow an extra day for this to be reflected and for funds to become available again.
