How do I return my order? AustraliaUpdated 7 months ago


The easiest way to return or exchange your Rollies is by making sure you're logged in to your account on our website. Once you click on your account, you will see a summary of your recent purchases. From here, you will be able to select the product you'd like to return or exchange, and it will pre-fill all of the details needed to get started.

Alternatively, you can begin the returns process via our returns portal here. You will need your order number (including RNAU-) and the email address used to place your order.

1. Enter your order number and email address, then click 'Start a return'

2. Select your item and enter the reason for your return, along with any comments you’d like to add.

3. You’ll first be given the option to select a new size. If you'd rather exchange for something else or would like to select a different return outcome, scroll down and click 'continue'.

4. Once you've selected a new size or if you're looking for a new item, refund or store credit, click ‘Continue with return’.

5. You will then have the option to complete your return by clicking the left button or you can 'shop now' with a $15 bonus credit if exchanging for an alternate item. Please note bonus credit is only valid for use at the time of exchange.


At the end of the return process, you will be provided instructions to send your item back to us, including a free shipping label. You can print this out yourself or take a digital copy of the link to your local AusPost for them to print and attach to your return parcel. 

Once your return has been finalised and submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this, please send us an email at [email protected] so that we can look into this for you.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received by our warehouse.
