How do I return my order? Rest of WorldUpdated 8 months ago


The easiest way to return or exchange your Rollies is by making sure you're logged in to your account on our website. Once you click on your account, you will see a summary of your recent purchases. From here, you will be able to select the product you'd like to return or exchange, and it will pre-fill all of the details needed to get started.

Alternatively, you can begin the returns process via our returns portal here. You will need your order number (including the RNAU-) and the email address used to place your order.

1. Enter Order Number and Email Address used to place your order

2. For each item you wish to return, update the qty from 0 to 1 and select your return reason from the drop-down box. 

3. Select 'Express Pre-Paid Return' to receive a return shipping label at a discounted rate, which will be deducted from the total of your return refund.

4. Tick the disclaimer box to proceed to create the return shipping label.

Once the shipping label has been created, you'll be provided with instructions on how to arrange a DHL pickup for your return. Once your return has been received back at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, less the cost of your shipping label fee.


Once your return has been finalised and submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this, please send us an email at hello@rollienation.com so that we can look into this for you.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received by our warehouse.
