How do I send my return?Updated 7 months ago


Once you've submitted your return, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing all the information needed to send your item(s) back to us.

Please ensure your return items are in a new and unworn condition as advised in our T&Cs, with original packaging.




Returns within Australia

Please submit your return via our portal here.

If you are returning within Australia, you will be provided with a link to either print or download your free shipping label. If you are unable to print this yourself, you can take it to your nearest Australia Post location for them to scan and attach to your return parcel. 




Returns outside Australia

Please submit your return via our portal here.

For international returns we offer discounted prepaid returns via DHL Express where the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total of your refund. Please see the table here for the return fee for your country.

Duties & Taxes are paid to the local government and not to Rollie Nation as the seller so we will refund the product amount minus any duties and taxes, if applicable. A refund on duties & taxes can be requested from your local government.

Once your return request has been submitted you'll receive an email with a shipping label and instructions to send your parcel back to us. 


If you'd like to drop your parcel off in person, you can find your nearest DHL Express Service Point here. Alternatively, you can schedule a DHL pickup here and follow the steps below to get started. 

1. Select your country

2. Click 'Schedule a Pickup'

3. Select 'No' for shipping label

4. Click 'I have a DHL Waybill Number'

5. Enter your Waybill Number without spaces

6. Select country code and enter phone number 

From here you will be able to schedule a pickup at a time and location that is convenient for you.
