Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, Australia, so shipping times may vary depending on your location. We usually dispatch within 1-2 business days. 

During sale and promotional periods there may be slight delays in receiving your order due to increased volumes, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your order to be fulfilled.

All parcels are sent from the Rollie warehouse with ‘Authority to Leave' (ATL). If there's no safe place for your parcel to be left, it will be taken to your local AusPost for collection.
