When will my return be processed?Updated 8 months ago


Once your parcel has been delivered you'll receive an email to let you know we've received it. Please allow up to 3 business days for the return to be processed by our warehouse team. 




You won't receive a further email regarding your return outcome, see below for additional details and expected timeframes:


Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please note that it can take up to 7 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your method of payment and your financial institution. 

If any part of your original purchase was paid via gift card, these funds will be returned to the same gift card. If you no longer have your original gift card details or are unable to find this in your inbox, please send us an email at [email protected] so we can assist you further.

Store credits will be sent via email in the form of a digital gift card with a 3 year expiry. If this does not arrive in your inbox, you may need to double check your spam/junk folders. If you do not receive this within 3 business days of your return delivery confirmation, reach out via email or live chat so we can assist.

For exchanges, a new order will be created once your return has been processed and you will receive an order confirmation for the new item/s. If you do not receive this within 3 business days of delivery confirmation, reach out to us so we can look into this for you.

If you've opted for an instant exchange your hold will be removed from your card at the time of delivery. You will not receive a refund for this, rather the pending transaction will be removed from your statement and held funds made available again. Please allow an additional day for this to be reflected on your account.
