You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.  

During promotional periods, our usual fulfilment timelines may be extended by 3-5 business days, so please allow additional time to receive your shipping notification. 

For Australian orders, once your parcel has been collected by Australia Post, you will be able to track your order via the AusPost website using the tracking number provided in the email. 

For International orders, once your parcel has been collected by DHL, you will be able to track your order via the DHL website using the tracking number provided in the email.

Please note that the status may initially state “Item Does Not Exist” until your parcel has been scanned and is on its way to you. Your tracking number should become active within 24 hours.
