Points are valid for six months from when they are first accrued on a rolling basis. You will receive email notifications from us reminding you of upcoming expiry.
Unfortunately, past orders do not count toward points earned.
Every 1000 points is equal to $10 credit. For each purchase you'll earn points per dollar spend (ex GST) depending on your Reward level. Base Rollers earn 4 points per dollar. Mid Rollers earn 6 points per dollar. High Rollers earn 8 points per doll
For every friend you refer that makes a first time purchase, you'll score 2,500 points and they'll snag $25 off their first order. There's no limit to how many friends you refer!
