If the incorrect shipping address has been applied to your order, please contact us ASAP so we can do our best to update this for you before your order leaves our warehouse.

If you placed your order between 9am-5pm AEDT Mon-Fri, let us know on live chat or by calling us on 1800 ROLLIE / 1800 765543. Make sure you have your order number handy!

If you placed your order order outside of this time period, send us an email at [email protected] to request a change to your delivery address. Top tip: Add "Urgent" to your subject line.

Please note that we work fast and won’t be able change the delivery address once the order has been processed by our warehouse. If it is too late for us to amend your delivery address, you can create an account or login to MYPOST to update your delivery details (if available).
